How long does the warranty last?

The warranty is for the lifetime of the product.

What is covered?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, including installation, with the exceptions stated below.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover but is not limited to, damages by, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, neglect, corrosion (ie. chemical spills), modification or mishandling. In addition, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product. The product is not covered if the weight limit exceeds 600lbs per 4×8 Rack, or if the product is tampered with. (See weight limit calculations.)

What will Smart Racks do?

Smart Racks will repair any rack that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If the rack is not repairable, Smart Racks will replace your storage rack or refund the full Purchase, whichever is preferred.

Is the warranty transferrable?

The warranty is transferred if the company (Smart Racks) is sold.
